Booking an Appointment

There is a lot to know when booking an appointment for lactation help, especially if you are hoping to use insurance benefits to cover the visit. Please read all of the info below before booking. send a message to discuss an appointment.

Availability

I see patients Monday through thursday from 9:30 to about 6, depending on location. If available, I will see patients for virtual prenatal or follow up visits (only) in the evening. If you need alternative availability - for example, after work - please send me a message.

Locations

At this time, I will be seeing patients in office and in-home.

To have an in-home visit you must

  • have a baby under 3 weeks of age (or 3 weeks post term adjusted for preemies), have a baby that was in nicu, are a single parent, have multiples, or are experiencing postpartum health complications or loss.

  • be within my service area

Travel & other fees

a fee will be invoiced for travel to those outside of my service area or in the event of a no-show appointment without prior notice. These is not covered by insurance.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna PPO/HMO plans.

Cigna patients are billed through wildflower.

All other plans are verified through The Lactation Network.

Why is a credit card required for booking?

A credit card is required at booking in the event of parking fees, a no-show appointment without prior notice, or for cost sharing applied to patient responsibility.
