Hi!

Are you new here? Don’t know where to start?

Over the years, I have gotten countless questions about how to prepare for baby - breastfeeding or not. The truth is you can prepare as much as possible but a lot may still change. You will find what tools, parenting methods, sleep practices, and feeding preferences work best for you and your family. To ease this transition into parenthood, I have set up a few things to help expecting parents prepare. Feel free to explore below!

  • These links are some of my favorite sources of general - and detailed - information about breastfeeding and baby care.

  • I offer a handful of care packages outside of the normal lactation visits. A bundle is available for those paying out of pocket or would like to gift a package of visits to an expecting parent. I also offer a service based on time (in 4- and 6-hour intervals) to catch a series of feeds, review newborn behaviors and care, and to get to know your baby. These can be great additions to a registry as they are not covered by insurance. Visit the scheduler to schedule or add the scheduling link to your registry.

  • I have curated my Pinterest page to include some of my favorite baby items that I have found helpful for new and expecting parents. It is broken down into categories (comfort, feeding, care, etc) for both mom and baby. This has become my hub for things I don’t want parents to forget and these items are also great way to start that baby registry!

I am an Amazon affiliate and may earn a commission from some items and qualifying purchases (at no cost to you).

  • My favorite Youtube series is Global Health Media. They have an abundance of information on breastfeeding and baby care. Their videos are available in several languages as well!

  • Standford Medicine is also a great source for breastfeeding videos.
